Koonce Drugs is a locally-owned community pharmacy with two retail locations and one long-term-care location dedicated to providing personalized service to patients. At Koonce Drugs, you can count on personal attention provided by their caring, professional staff, and this attention is not limited to the dispensing services alone. Koonce Drugs partners with a local Rural Health Clinic (RHC) for pharmacist-led clinical services. The clinic manages patients with numerous conditions but commonly seen disease states include diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. Koonce Drugs has planned expansion of collaborative clinical services with other local clinics and looks forward to meeting patient needs within the community. 

With over 30 years of experience and after working with more than 300 different organizations all around the globe, Jeff’s driving and organized approach has resulted in business owners achieving greater bottom-line profits, reducing the stress it takes to run a business and achieving their goals and dreams. 

Jeff has an extensive background in business management, accounting and finance, and success coaching. With a dual degree in Accounting and Business Administration, he has spent many years coaching business owners.

Some of his most valuable skills are listening, organization, leadership, and establishing processes. For over three decades he has coached business owners and organizational leaders to structure themselves for tremendous business and personal growth. His life passion is to equip people and organizations to reach their full potential.
