The Medicine Shoppe has been an integral part of the Boyertown, PA, community for 27 years. Co-owners Ed and Terry Hudon keep the community and patients as their first priority. While the pharmacy specializes in compliance packaging, patient consultations, clinical services, and diabetic shoe fittings, they have recently expanded their services to include population health services with a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Through this collaboration with the FQHC, a clinical pharmacist conducts annual wellness visits and works collaboratively with the team to improve the outcomes for patients through chronic care management and remote physiologic monitoring.
