Troy Medicare started in Concord, North Carolina when their founders saw increasing challenges with affordability of prescriptions for Medicare patients. Big health insurance companies had become more expensive and less transparent in their pricing and benefits. Seeing this confusion in their own communities, Troy's founders set out to build a health plan option that is obvious, comprehensive and easy to understand for every single member.
