At the Advanced Learning Immersion Experience (ALIE) Training, we will follow recommendations based on CDC guidelines, NCDHHS and any local mandates required by Mecklenburg County to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all of our team members and our attendees. As part of these precautions, we will require that everyone be fully vaccinated prior to the first day of the live training in Charlotte, NC.
In general, people will be considered fully vaccinated after:
- 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
- 2 weeks after a single dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
When you register for the training, we will require you to attest that you are fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required to attend the training. If you have not yet been fully vaccinated but plan on doing so prior to the training, we will require that you submit proof of vaccination two weeks prior to the first day of the live training in Charlotte, NC. If proof of vaccination is not available prior to the start of the training, you will be provided a refund for the course fee but you will not be permitted to attend the training. Any bookings made for travel arrangements must be addressed directly with the booking agency. The Avant Institute is not responsible for any costs for travel arrangements.
Additionally, we will require that everyone wear a mask while indoors if you are not actively eating or drinking and maintain 6 feet of distance between others for social distancing precautions.
