Joe Moose is an internationally recognized trailblazer in the area of innovation in healthcare delivery focused on community pharmacy. Joe is a clinical pharmacist, the Director of Strategy & Luminary Development with CPESN USA, and co-owner of Moose Pharmacy and its six locations across North Carolina. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Campbell University. He serves as a primary preceptor with the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy Residency
Program.
Joe has spoken internationally on the subjects of community-based pharmacy value and building a high-performance network of community-based pharmacies.
The pharmacy industry continues to recognize Joe for his impact on the pharmacy practice. He is the recipient of the Next Generation Pharmacist of the Year Award, Next Generation Entrepreneur of the Year Award, APhA Community Pharmacy Residency Excellence in Precepting Award, NCPA National Preceptor of the Year, NCPA Willard B. Simmons Community Pharmacist of the Year Award and the Bowl of Hygeia.
Kelci Trahms

Kelci Trahms is a clinical, community-based pharmacist at Moose Pharmacy in North Carolina. She obtained her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She completed her post-graduate training through a community-based pharmacy residency with the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Moose Pharmacy.
During her residency at Moose Pharmacy, she focused on adapting pharmacy workflow to encompass value-based clinical interventions. She has been able to integrate pharmacist eCare plans in the workflow at Moose Pharmacy and supported pharmacists at Moose Pharmacy in submitting close to 1,000 pharmacist eCare Plans to CPESN USA. She has a passion for enhancing the role of community-based pharmacists and enjoys working with pharmacists to help them create clinical workflow processes in their pharmacy.
