If you are located closer to Charlotte, you may be able to find regional flights at a lower cost to the Concord-Padgett Regional Airport, which is located 19 miles from the symposium venue.

For ease and flexibility during your stay, we recommend using Uber, Lyft, or arranging a rental car for local transportation.

If you plan to drive, parking is available onsite at the symposium venue for $40 per day. Alternatively, a more affordable option is the Center City Green parking garage—conveniently connected to the hotel—located at 350 East Sixth Street, Charlotte, NC 28202, with a daily rate of $15.
