Damm Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated independent pharmacy in Derby, KS. We partner with a family practice clinic served by 2 physicians and several NPs and PAs. Our collaborative approach enhances patient outcomes and ensures that every aspect of a patient's well-being is considered. We are committed to making a positive impact on the health of our community and look forward to adding a fellow to expand our reach.

Renee and Dared Price own 6 pharmacies in South Central Kansas. They are very involved in pharmacy organizations; primarily CPESN KS (Renee serves as the Managing Network Facilitator), KPhA (Dared currently serves as President) and NCPA (Dared is a Board Member). In addition to organizational involvement, they focus on bringing new opportunities to their pharmacies, Avant Fellowship and physician collaboration being the current top priority! The Prices live in Winfield, KS with their 3 boys and spend their free time watching athletic events. 

What are the primary pharmacist-led services?

Annual wellness visits (AWVs)

Annual comprehensive visit for Medicare patients

Chronic care management (CCM)

Management for Medicare patients with 2 or more chronic conditions

Remote physiologic monitoring (RPM)

Management of digitally collected physiologic data
